NGO. Fundación Social Sembrar, is a non-profit entity Defender of Human Rights and Victims ODV, our social work is protected by Law 1448 and Regulatory Decree 4800 of 2011, Judgment T - 025 of 2004 - Order 149 of 2020 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, enshrined by the UN: in General Assembly Res. 217 A (III) 10 - 2 - 1948. Based on four pillars: Truth, Justice, Reparation and constant search in the guarantee of Non-Repetition, we develop, contribute, promote, support and coordinate the improvement of the economic, social, cultural and environmental conditions of the urban and rural population, to achieve the strengthening of hundreds of men, women, boys and girls victims of violence, peasants, families in a high degree of vulnerability, people with or in a situation of disability, ethnic populations, with a differential focus, among others, in the Municipality of Yopal, Department of Casanare and National level.

NGO. Fundación Social Sembrar is a non-profit Organization of Common Utility that is conceived to defend the human rights of vulnerable families, mainly victims and displaced by the internal conflict, generating opportunities among its associates and the population served in:

Be the Non-profit organization, leader in social impacts in the Casanare region in 2025, expanding the inclusion to more families of vulnerable populations and victims, through actions that promote their economic, social, cultural and environmental development, through welfare projects integral, with a high sense of altruism and generating added value in the activities programmed at the associative level, with social and environmental responsibility and organizational sustainability, always maintaining the efficient and transparent management of resources.
