Athletes from 18 to 20 years old registered by the Colombian Athletics Federation and invited international runners.
Athletes from 21 to 39 years old registered by the Colombian Athletics Federation and invited international runners.
Athletes over 40 years of age registered by the Colombian Athletics Federation and invited international runners.
Runners over 18 years to 70 years must not have belonged, or belong to the registry of any league or athletic and/or sports federation, this includes any national league.
Runners Over 18 years old groups of maximum 10 people.

1. Make the registration payment at Banco Agrario, Savings Account No. 48603303389-3, in the name of Fundación Sembrar for a value of $50,000.
2. Scan the consignment receipt; In the registration form you will be asked to upload this image.
3. Register in the registration form, available HERE or in the link below.
4. At the end of the registration, confirmation of satisfactory registration will be sent to your email.
